HERO allows WA Administrator to perform recovery actions based on monitors status, using customizable runbooks when needed. For a quicker action, the system selects and proposes the most accurate runbooks following the type of error. For example, HERO can detect an MDM overload since is continuously monitoring the queues utilizations and it proposes runbooks to solve the issue by adapting MDM configuration to your environment. The runbook library can be extended to share your own runbooks, correlated with potential failing components.
4. Run the solution

For example, a HERO operator can just execute a preconfigured runbook to solve an issue.
