​The world of artificial intelligence is rapidly evolving, moving beyond simple algorithms to embrace the era of Agentic AI. These intelligent agents, capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution, are poised to revolutionize how we work and interact with technology. But to truly unlock their potential, we need a robust orchestration framework.
he Rise of Agentic AI
Agentic AI represents a paradigm shift. Unlike traditional AI models that operate on predefined rules, these agents possess the ability to learn, adapt, and act independently. As industry expert, Andrew Ng puts it, “The next wave of AI will be about building systems that can reason, plan, and act in the real world.” This autonomy is what sets Agentic AI apart, allowing for more dynamic and responsive applications.
However, this newfound autonomy also introduces complexity. As Fei-Fei Li, AI researcher and professor highlights, "The challenge lies in coordinating these intelligent agents to work together seamlessly." Without proper orchestration, these powerful tools risk becoming isolated islands, unable to leverage their collective intelligence.

Industry analysts predict a significant surge in the adoption of Agentic AI in the coming years.
According to Gartner, "By 2027, more than 80% of enterprises will have used generative AI-enabled APIs, models and/or applications in production environments, up from less than 5% in early 2023."1
Furthermore, Gartner also predicts that “by 2028, 89% of business decision-makers are planning to invest in autonomous workplace agents.”1
Most recently, Gartner has also stated that "By 2026, generative AI will automate 80% of software testing tasks, up from less than 5% today."2
Adding to this, Gartner's 2025 trends indicate that “by 2028, 33% of enterprise software applications will include Agentic AI, a significant jump from less than 1% in 2024”. Also, “by 2028, AI agent machine customers will replace 20% of interactions at human-readable digital storefronts”. Finally, “by 2028, at least 15% of day-to-day work decisions will be made autonomously through Agentic AI, up from zero percent in 2024.”3
These trends underscore the growing recognition of the transformative potential of both Generative AI and Agentic AI, with enterprises rapidly integrating these technologies into their core operations.
